Why We Exist
TWP Strategic Consulting exists to provide direct, practical support to professionals and founders who need clarity, structure, and follow-through.
TWP was created to work alongside capable people who are carrying significant responsibility often juggling ideas, decisions, delivery, and day-to-day demands at the same time. Progress rarely stalls due to a lack of ambition or ability, but because there isn’t enough space, structure, or trusted support to keep things moving.
The purpose of TWP is simple: to help clients focus on what matters, make clear decisions, and move work forward with confidence.
How We Work
TWP Strategic Consulting is an independent consultancy with a collaborative, structured approach to client support.
We work closely with clients to ensure consistency, trust, and a deep understanding of what they are trying to achieve.
Our approach is collaborative and pragmatic. Time is taken to understand priorities, pressures, and working styles, with support tailored around what will make the greatest difference.
Support may include strategic thinking, project management, or ongoing personal and operational support often combined. The focus is always on progress, accountability, and delivery rather than theory or over-complexity.
Experience & Expertise
I bring over seven years’ experience across consulting, project management, and delivery roles, supporting individuals and small teams to turn ideas into action.
As a Certified Agile Project Manager and Qualified Life Coach, I combine structured delivery with clear thinking and accountability. This allows me to support both the strategic and practical aspects of work, from planning and prioritisation through to execution and follow-through.
My work typically involves:
Strategic planning and decision support
Project coordination and delivery oversight
Priority management and accountability
Acting as a trusted sounding board
