Is this coaching or mentoring?
No. While my background includes coaching qualifications, strategic advisory is not coaching or mentoring. It is practical, experience-led support focused on clarity, judgement, and progress.

This depends on the engagement. Some clients value structured check-ins only, while others benefit from light ongoing input between sessions. This is agreed at the outset.

This service includes elements of personal and virtual assistant support, but it is not traditional PA or VA work. It is a high-level, ongoing partnership that combines practical support with structure and accountability.

No. While accountability is part of the service, this is not coaching. The focus is on practical support, organisation, and follow-through rather than frameworks or personal development programmes.

No. Personal Operations & Accountability support is provided on an ongoing retainer basis only. This ensures continuity, trust, and meaningful support.
