Why We Exist
TWP Strategic Consulting exists to provide direct, practical support to professionals and founders who need clarity, structure, and follow-through.
I created TWP to work alongside capable people who are carrying significant responsibility often juggling ideas, decisions, delivery, and day-to-day demands at the same time. Progress doesn’t usually stall because of a lack of ambition or ability, but because there isn’t enough space, structure, or trusted support to keep things moving.
The purpose of TWP is simple: to help clients focus on what matters, make clear decisions, and move work forward with confidence.
How I Work
TWP Strategic Consulting is a founder-led, independent consultancy. I work directly with every client, ensuring consistency, trust, and a deep understanding of what they are trying to achieve.
My approach is collaborative and pragmatic. I take time to understand your priorities, pressures, and working style, then tailor support around what will make the greatest difference.
Support may include strategic thinking, project management, or ongoing personal and operational support often combined. The focus is always on progress, accountability, and delivery rather than theory or over-complexity.
Experience & Expertise
I bring over seven years’ experience across consulting, project management, and delivery roles, supporting individuals and small teams to turn ideas into action.
As a Certified Agile Project Manager and Qualified Life Coach, I combine structured delivery with clear thinking and accountability. This allows me to support both the strategic and practical aspects of work, from planning and prioritisation through to execution and follow-through.
My work typically involves:
Strategic planning and decision support
Project coordination and delivery oversight
Priority management and accountability
Acting as a trusted sounding board

ITWP Strategic Consulting is intentionally founder-led. All work is delivered directly by me, giving clients access to senior-level thinking, continuity, and a trusted working relationship.
